Ex-NASCAR Driver Faces Rape Charges Hours After Jail Release
May 31, 2010,A one-time NASCAR driver who led police on a 140 mph chase through San Diego County two weeks ago was arrested Monday on rape charges just 4-1/2 hours after being released from his jail term.
